Through weaving breath-work, meditation, sound and philosophy through her classes, Lindsay seeks to bring depth to postural yoga. Her intention is to steer the practitioner away from the mind’s fluctuations, facilitating a deeper connection to the present moment and the true self.
Suitable for all levels, Lindsay strives to be inclusive by offering variations and encouraging rest when necessary.
