Ever since I was a little girl, I had a sense of wanting to live an authentic life- a LIfe based on my truth. Instead of copying someone else’s path, I was striving to follow my own. So, when I was brought to yoga by several life events I felt right away I was on the right path, and it would be a lifetime relationship.
That was about fifteen years ago, and since then, yoga has helped me deal with depression, anxiety, loneliness, mental and physical strength, the loss of loved ones and much more.
In my classes, I teach kundalini yoga delivering a real soul experience. You will have the opportunity to express yourself through kundalini kriyas, chanting and meditating. By combining traditional kundalini exercises with contemporary kundalini yoga music, you will be offered a profoundly fulfilling practice.
