Level One : Foundation
This training is first and foremost a soul awakening training, a training where you learn the tools to discover yourself and enter into a conscious relationship with your own life force. Yoga means Union and as a result you enter a process of re-orientation.

Level Two : Immersion
Level 2’s or Immersions represent a deepening of the spiritual journey. They are perfect for those who have completed our Level One (Foundation) but they are also open to anyone that has completed a Kundalini based teacher training. The level II’s like the Foundation (L1) are accredited with the IYN. Each course consists of 50 hours and contributes toward continual learning and development. Our vision over the next few years is to release further training building towards an overall 500 hours Integrated Kundalini Certification.
