Walking the Walk is a powerful integrated practice to reach deep into the awareness of self as free and untethered by self imposed restraints.
Facilitated through intention, ritual, connection, physical posture, pranayama, chanting and silence you become increasingly sovereign as you walk the path to inner freedom.
The teachings of non duality point towards a freedom of being in the here and now that is accessible only in the here and now. For these 2.5hrs you are invited to dive deep into the experience offered through this practice to soar into an altered sense of self and what is possible on your path. Walking the walk to freedom; if not now, then when!
Integrated Kundalini is an expanded interdisciplinary kundalini yoga practice that enhances the coalescence of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of self for undertaking a deep journey of self discovery and self mastery.
